Shipping & Return Policy
Shipping Terms: DDP Priority
- We primarily offer **Delivered Duty Paid (DDP)** shipping to our U.S. customers.
- With DDP, we handle all shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes. The price you are quoted is the final price, with no hidden fees upon delivery.
- **Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU)** terms are available upon request for customers who prefer to manage their own customs clearance. Please contact us to discuss DDU options.
Return Policy: No Returns
- Due to the customized nature of our products, **we do not accept returns or exchanges**.
- We ensure a thorough quality check and seek your final approval on all designs before production begins.
- In the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will review the case on a per-order basis.
- If a return is insisted upon, it must be arranged under **DDU terms**, and the customer will be responsible for all return shipping and customs costs.
